applying
preventive
materials
to your
teeth
and
gums.
Scaling
and
polishing
together
with
oral
hygiene
instruction
is the
Hygienist's
main
role.
This in
effect
is
having a
professional
clean of
your
teeth.
Regular
professional
cleaning
combined
with
your
home
care
will
help
your
mouth
stay
healthy.
A clean
and
healthy
mouth
will
improve
your
appearance,
give you
fresh
breath
and help
you to
keep
your own
teeth.
Our
Hygienist
will
show you
how to
remove
plaque
with a
toothbrush
and
fluoride
toothpaste.
You will
also be
shown
how to
clean
between
your
teeth
with
floss,
tape or
interdental
brushes.

HYGIENIST
YOU MUST
HAVE HAD
A
ROUTINE
EXAMINATION
WITH
YOUR
DENTIST
