To make an appointment, please telephone (01823) 333253.

To change or cancel an appointment we would be grateful if you would please telephone and speak to one of our trained staff on reception, or if we are closed please leave a message on our answering machine.

Please do not use email for requesting or cancelling an appointment.

If you cannot attend, please telephone as soon as possible so that we can reallocate your time to another patient in need.

IF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE (ie change of address) PLEASE LET US KNOW.

A charge will be raised if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
